Niagara falls, the one smaller one is Bridal Veil on the American side and the other is the Horseshoe falls on the Canadian side. These are taken from the top of a sky needle. We did ride the boat into the mist of the falls later that day.

Hill Cumorah pagaent set and looking up the hill. The next photo is with a member of the cast.
Looking out at the top of Hill Cumorah.
Grandin Printing place. This is where the first Book of Mormon was printed. They have this picture on the wall of all the Book of Mormon's printed in different languages. Steven is pointing to one that he did.

In the Sacred Grove. What a glorious place!

This tree was planted when Alvin Smith died. The other photo is of beehives during the 1820's.

This is the log home of Joseph Smith. 11 people lived in this house. The other photo is of the framed house's sink. The first indoor sink for that family.
This was how we celebrated Eric's birthday. We went to Kirtland, Ohio. This is the Newel K Whitney store that is original.
Happy Birthday to Natasha, she had a pirate party.
Logan and Grandpa!

This is the back splash in the kitchen. The grouting is taking forever since there is so many more lines to file, but it looks fab!!!!

These are after refinishing and the addition of the stairs off the side. Steven built the stairs and they are wonderful! I let the anticipation of building the stairs bother me for months and months thinking that it would be difficult to build. (I had done some research on line and they made it seem way beyond our capability). We asked a few people then went to Home Depot asked more questions and it turned out to be much easier than my imagination lead me to believe. I wish I could learn that lesson. Anticipation has always been my biggest stumbling block.
Before the deck refinishing.
